Haichen Injection Molding Machine Manufacturer participated in the Shanghai Rubber & Plastics Exhibition from April 21-24, 2026, and showcased a 230-ton servo PET box production machine.
The show went very well for us. We collected 87 effective customer visits from different countries, including Algeria, India, Turkey, Morocco, Uzbekistan, and Argentina. These visitors showed real interest in our PET box production machine. Some of them asked for detailed quotes and technical data. We feel this show gave us a strong start for 2026.
Besides the live demo, we also ran an offline activity at the exhibition. We asked visitors to leave their contact information. Then we invited them to visit our real factory in Ningbo. Many of them said yes because they want to see the machines running in a real production environment. We believe a factory visit gives customers more confidence than just watching a machine at a show.

The China International Rubber & Plastics Exhibition (CHINAPLAS 2026) was held from April 21st to 24th at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. This exhibition is one of the world’s largest trade shows for the rubber and plastics industry, with over 3,000 exhibitors.

Machine running performance
Throughout the 4 days, the machine provided more than 28 hours of service. It utilized 230 tons of clamping force and a 350g shot weight to service the production of PET plastic boxes and achieved a cycle time of 18s with unflashed boxes that maintained an even wall thickness. Unlike traditional hydraulic machines, the site showed that the entire machine used 40% of the power.
Customer points of interest
Questions arose from customers regarding the servo pump response speed, plasticizing quality of the PET screw, and the mold protection function.
For those representing Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, they specifically requested data concerning the power required for the production of each kg and the change in the power of the servo motor during the holding stage.
Some customers asked about the impact of the stay time of the PET material in the screw on viscosity.
There were also inquiries about the stay time required and the steps required to switch from using PET to PP or PS screw materials. The booth received 87 effective customer visits.
Overseas Customer Proportion
Many people from different countries came to the Haichen Injection Molding Machine Manufacturer booth. We saw visitors from North Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, and South America. This showed us that the demand for our PET box machine is strong in many regions.

K Series Servo Injection Molding Machine Display
HAICHEN Machinery showcased the 230-ton K Series Servo Injection Molding Machine. This model features a high response servo motor and a gear pump. The pressure control accuracy is ±0.5 bar. The PET box was made from food safe PET and contained a net weight of 350g. The box measures 300mm x 200mm x 50mm.
Production Parameters for the PET Plastic Box
We set the rear barrel to 230℃, the middle barrel to 255℃, the front barrel to 260℃, and the nozzle to 250℃.A temperature controller kept the mold between 15℃ and 20℃.
We used 120 bar for injection pressure and 80 bar for holding pressure. The holding time lasted 3 seconds.An air cooling conveyor cooled the box down to below 40℃.
Standard machines often cause whitening and stress cracks when molding PET. Our design solved this problem.We gave the onsite boxes to visitors for a direct check. They liked the transparency and the compression strength.
