CHINAPLAS is a top plastics and rubber show in Asia. CHINAPLAS 2026, the International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition, it held from April 21 to 24, 2026, at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center (Hongqiao). Under the theme “Transformation, Collaboration, and Shaping a Sustainable Future,” this edition of the exhibition spans over 390,000 square meters across 16 exhibition halls.
The event brought together more than 5,000 exhibitors from 46 countries and regions, marking an 11% increase from 2024 and setting a new record.This exhibition focused on four core areas: the circular economy, digitalization, innovative materials, and “High-Tech Manufacturing in China.” Over 3,800 state-of-the-art machines and pieces of equipment were on display, more than 1,900 raw material suppliers showcasing their offerings.
More than 350 exhibitors presented technologies making their global or Asian debut. Over 1,000 “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” enterprises made a collective appearance, including nearly 200 national-level “Little Giant” enterprises, fully demonstrating the innovative strength of Chinese manufacturing.

Haichen machines three key strengths on the exhibition
We used our Haichen 230ton servo plastic injection molding machine. It gave stable and precise injection molding results.
The finished plastic box surface was clear with no flow marks or bubbles. The machine energy use stayed low per product.
Many technical visitors came to check our machine because of these points.
Excellent transparent surface
We chose a clear transparent PET material plastic storage box for live molding. This product need good screw design and mold temperature control. This choice fits the market need for clear home products.
Precise injection
The machine and mold worked well together. Good mold matching is key for clean part edges. Many visitors liked the surface quality. We shared our machine settings and mold tips with visitors.
Haichen screw and barrel are optimally designed to ensure uniform plasticization, with injection repeatability controlled within 0.3%.

Our booth No.1.1D17 traffic clearly grew from past events. Many customers came from manufacturing and mold making. They liked the clear box molding result.
Some asked for machine details and mold plans. We found that customers who need high output care about energy use and stability. This good product choice pulled more interest to our whole machine line.

Booth traffic was higher than before. During busy hours, people waited to watch the whole plastic box injection production process.

Many customers came from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. These areas are growing fast in manufacturing. They need stable and efficient machines.
Visitor feedback
Customers liked the clear box molding result. Some asked for machine details and buying terms. We found that high-output customers care most about energy use and stability.
