The two injection units on the dual color injection molding machine are its core components, each with independent functions and structures. These two injection units are the same in use and structure as ordinary material barrels, but they each have channels and both have opening and closing valves, both of which are connected to nozzles. During the production process, after plasticizing the raw materials in two barrels, the required proportion of materials and the order of discharge for each barrel are controlled through the opening and closing valves.
Specifically, the two injection units of the dual color injection molding machine can work simultaneously to meet different color mixing effect designs and interlayer requirements. This design allows the two-color injection molding machine to flexibly choose different injection modes according to production needs, and can inject separately in order according to needs. In addition, the two injection units of the dual color injection molding machine can also achieve high-speed injection molding, ensuring low inertia requirements and high operating accuracy.

The template turntable on the dual color injection molding machine is one of its key components, mainly used to achieve the rotation and positioning of the mold, in order to complete the dual color injection molding process. Specifically, the template turntable includes a rear template, turntable, turntable shaft, pressure piece, adjustment piece, and driving mechanism.
During the working process, the turntable rotates through the control of the driving mechanism. Before the turntable rotates, the driving mechanism drives the adjusting element to move axially forward in the front section of the annular groove, causing the front of the adjusting element to push the turntable away from the rear template and against the first top plate. This can ensure that the turntable maintains appropriate friction with the template during rotation, thereby ensuring smooth rotation of the mold and smooth opening and closing of the mold.
The design of the template turntable enables the two-color injection molding machine to produce two different materials of products in one molding process. For example, the activity template is equipped with a rotating disc that rotates 180 degrees back and forth, which can accommodate two pairs of dual color molds to produce products of two different materials. This design not only improves production efficiency, but also shortens the molding cycle.
